Benchmark Services supports Compass in various service phases of a feasibility study and master planning for the exhibition and convention bureau in Kigali.

After carrying out a preliminary study for the MICE market and strategic development planning for a trade fair and congress office in Rwanda's capital Kigali, Compass GmbH also takes over the management and master planning. The overall objective of the project is to develop trade fair and congress tourism in Rwanda.

Benchmark Services supports Compass GmbH in the development of the feasibility study and a master plan for the realisation of the MICE project. The project also includes the implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan and the definition of standards for working structures, processes and services of the exhibition and convention bureau.
