Comparative Visitor Monitor: New project website

Covid-19, energy crisis, climate change - especially in a time when tourism destinations are constantly confronted with new challenges, reliable data form an important basis for good decision making for the future.

In the Comparative Visitor Monitor 2023, we address various topics that are currently burning under the nails of tourism destinations.

Since 2011, we have surveyed well over 100,000 guests on behalf of more than 60 destinations in Germany based on a survey method tailored for tourism destinations.

After more than ten years, it was time to update our project website. The result of a first phase of the update is now online. At www.gaeste-zufriedenheit.de you will find a compact overview of our approach and our offer.
